The Lace Helper

By: Anthony Jang

A team made a 3D-printed device that is supposed to assist amputees with their shoes. The device does not matter if the amputee is left or right handed. the team designed the device so that it attaches to the top of the shoes and holds the laces down so it is easier to tie. The device is adjustable and can attach to various shoe sizes.

This is related to engineering because it uses 3D-printing to make a device that is assistive to amputees.
