Congratulations, Luther Jackson Tigers! On June 3rd and 4th, 2024, Luther Jackson Middle School had their annual “Award Ceremonies,” accolading outstanding middle-school students for their achievements shown throughout the school year. June 3rd was the seventh-grade award ceremonies, while June 4th was the eighth-grade award ceremonies. Here are the awards that were handed out:
Principal Award – Equivalent to “Student of the Year,” the Principal Award recognizes one student who has shown outstanding community service throughout the year in helping students with their schoolwork.
President’s Award – Having a Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 3.5 or higher will earn you the President’s Award, recognizing excellent academic achievement shown by middle-school students.
Perfect Attendance Award – As per the name, having perfect attendance throughout the school year will earn you the Perfect Attendance Award, earned by students with immaculate academic presence and participation in their studies.
