SOLs can be very stressful. Here are 5 tips for doing well on the SOLs.
- Get a good nights rest. Sleep is crucial to allow you to focus on the test, and remember what you need to know.
- Go over the class materials. This allows you to relearn things you may have forgotten.
- Eat a good breakfast. If you don’t have enough food, it will be much harder to focus on your test.
- Limit distractions. Don’t sit next to your friends, as that could provide a distraction for you during your test.
- Be calm. If you follow steps 1-4, it will help you to remain calm and be prepared for your SOL.
