After the round of 16, the winners go to the quarterfinals, the winners of that go to the semifinals, the winners of that go to the finals, and the winner of that wins the tournament. The tournament began with the rounds of 16. The matches in the quarterfinals were Arsenal vs Bayern, Real Madrid vs Man City, PSG vs Barcelona, and Atletico Madrid vs Dortmund. Bayern, Real Madrid, PSG, and Dortmund all qualified, beating the other teams. In Dortmund vs PSG, Dortmund won both games 1-0 and advanced to the finals. Real Madrid tied the first game against Bayern 2-2, but then in game 2, beat them 2-1 and moved on to the finals.
