Practice Schedule
- Days: Wednesdays and Thursdays
- Time: A Session (2:30-3:35 pm)
First Practice
- Date: April 3rd
- Requirements: Athletes must submit both the Athlete Registration Form and the Athletic Participation Physical Exam form to Mr. Bair (room 802) before they can begin practicing.

- April 13: @ Robinson SS (Bus departure: 7:10 AM)
- April 20: @ McLean HS (Bus departure: 7:15 AM)
- April 27: FCHS Jaguar 5k (optional team event)
- May 4: @ Madison HS (Bus departure: 7:15 AM)
- May 11: @ West Potomac HS (Bus departure: 7:00 AM)
Important Notes
- All meets will begin at 8:00 AM and end at 1:00 PM.
- Athletes should arrive by 7:30 AM and depart by 1:30 PM.
- Transportation to each meet will be provided via the team bus, departing from LJMS.
