This song is based on true events . A young girl named  Oliva Rodrigo catches feelings for one of her co-workers whose name is Joshua Bassett they are both actors and are currently on high school musical but Oliva is a minor  Joshua also caught feelings for her as well, he promised to wait for her but later on he started to date one of his other co-workers named Sabrina carpenter. Joshua broke his agreement with Oliva which left her heartbroken which is the reason she made her song “drivers license” about him and her feelings. Drivers license is a really touching to heart  song it has  amazing chorus and Oliva has a very talented voice her song, Drivers license was a hit song it went viral and it was released this year! Would it be awkward when they go back and film? Has someone ever broken a every salient promise to you?
