The new Jeep pickup truck can be extremely expensive. It can cost up to $60,000, however it starts at $30,000 Jeep finally figured out, that when people wanted to go into the wilderness they might want to bring some cargo with them. It has 3.6 liter V6 which is kind of small for a pickup truck. It also has 285 horsepower. The Jeep has a cheap feeling interior and looks kind of like a Jeep Wrangler with a bed on it. If you are a Jeep die hard or are power hungry pickup truck fanatic, you should get the Gladiator. It has the same off road capabilities that a normal Jeep Wrangler has save for the fact that the wheel base is longer and can make it harder to go over rocks. The Jeep Gladiator is also a thing of the past. In fact, it is extremely rare that you see one. In 1968 to 1970 it was built. Now, Jeep is continuing the line on in 2019.

The best is yet to come. If you buy the more expensive Jeep Rubicon at 45-50 thousand dollars, you get anti roll bars and a more tech-ridden cabin. In the cabin you have endless possibilities of settings that you can change. The Jeep also has the standard open air idea where you can take the top off of the Gladiator. You can also buy a hard top, but that has the same feature. This Jeep is a big hit with just about all of its new buyers. They have already put the Gladiator to the test, dissecting the base, using it for off road racing and trying thought to be impossible courses.

In my opinion, the Jeep is a truck that is fun to ride in and desirable to the consumer in almost every way possible. If you want to go off road and bring dirt bikes or a motorcycle along then this is the Jeep for you. However, a construction worker who needs his pickup on an every day basis and needs to haul large loads of dirt gravel or sand with him, should not buy this Jeep. Its bed can haul 1,600 pounds of load, which is best in class for a mid-sized pickup, but not better than any large pickup such as a Ram 2500 or a Ford F150.

This is related to engineering because mechanical and electrical engineering was used to build the Gladiator. They also used fluid mechanical engineering to make sure the gasoline and brake liquids do what they are supposed to do.
