The First Women in Electrical Engineering

I felt like it was a good thing to write about and interesting to everyone interested in engineering. Edith Clarke was the inventor of the graphical calculator. She was the first woman to earn a degree in MIT’s electrical engineering department in 1918. Clarke also was the first woman admitted to the American Institute of Electrical Engineers which was the precursor to the IEEE ( Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers).
