On September 19th, an earthquake struck Mexico with a magnitude of 7.1.  NASA, the American National Aeronautics and Space Association, has developed technology capable of detecting human heartbeats with an instrument the size of a suitcase. This technology was developed by NASA’s  Jet Propulsion Laboratory. After 2015, two private companies acquired a license to use this technology. The two companies are SpecOps Group Inc., and R4 Incorporated. Since then, they have taken this resource and trained emergency and disaster crews to save people’s lives. This machine is so powerful that it is capable of detecting a human heartbeat under the ruble caused by such a disaster.
